Amy B. Strawser

Amy B. Strawser is a Founding Shareholder in the Firm. She concentrates her practice in the areas of debt collection and civil litigation, representing national and local businesses in collection matters throughout North Carolina.

Amy manages and supervises the Firm’s Compliance Program, navigating the increasingly complex federal and state regulatory compliance environment.  In addition to conducting legal and compliance training for employees and working with the Firm’s attorneys and staff to educate personnel in all areas of legal compliance, Amy assists clients in implementing their own legal compliance programs and addressing internal compliance issues.
